Pricing Accuracy

Advertised prices are per person, shown in hryvnia (UAH) or clearly converted, and include all mandatory taxes, fees and surcharges known at the time of publication, in line with Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Rights Protection' No. 1023-XII (Article 15). Prices may change due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, hotel rate revisions or government tax changes before full payment. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors before confirming a booking.

What Is and Is Not Included

Package inclusions and exclusions are listed on each offer page. Unless explicitly stated, packages do not include: international flights (unless specified), the Maldives Green Tax and resort environmental fees, airport transfers outside listed itineraries, visa fees, travel insurance, and personal expenses. Visa costs and entry requirements are the responsibility of the traveller; for the UAE, the traveller is solely responsible for obtaining a valid visa and meeting entry conditions.

Seasonal and Weather Notices

The Maldives monsoon season (approximately May to October) may bring rain, rough seas and schedule changes. Ramadan may affect hotel service hours and excursion availability in both the Maldives and the UAE. We do not guarantee weather-dependent activities and such conditions do not automatically constitute grounds for refund beyond the cancellation terms of the Public Offer Agreement.

Travel Advisories

Travellers should consult official Ukrainian MFA travel recommendations and the authorities of destination countries before departure. We do not accept liability for entry refusals, quarantine measures or border closures imposed after booking.

Tour-operator and tour-agent activity in Ukraine requires no licence since 2015; stubform.com, PE, operates as a registered Ukrainian travel agent under Law of Ukraine 'On Tourism' No. 324/95-ВР (Articles 6, 20), acting for registered tour operators and holding liability arrangements with its suppliers. Advertising content complies with Law of Ukraine 'On Advertising' No. 3799-IX (2024).
