Terms of Service

This Public Offer Agreement (publichna oferta) governs the booking of travel services through stubform.com. By accepting it at checkout, you enter into a binding agreement with the provider identified below.

1. Provider Identification

stubform.com, PE (sole proprietor), registered in Ukraine, EDRPOU 18033998. Address: 12 Velyka Vasylkivska St, Business Center Horizon, Office 507, Kyiv, 03150, Ukraine. Email: contact@stubform.com. Phone: +380 635 111 8779. Legal representative: Emma Fischer, Managing Director. Pursuant to Article 7 of the Law of Ukraine 'On E-Commerce' No. 675-VIII, this identification is provided directly and accessibly.

2. Legal Status of Travel Activity

Tour-operator and tour-agent activity in Ukraine requires no licence since 2015. We act as a registered tour agent and, where applicable, as a registered agent of foreign tour operators whose details are disclosed in each offer. We maintain a financial guarantee/liability arrangement and publish travel terms and consumer cancellation rights, per the Law of Ukraine 'On Tourism' No. 324/95-ВР (Articles 6, 20).

3. Essential Service Information and Pricing

Before you are bound, we disclose the essential characteristics of each service, the total price in hryvnia or a clearly convertible amount, including all taxes, fees, fuel surcharges and visa fees, payment and delivery terms, warranty and complaint procedure, per the Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Rights Protection' No. 1023-XII (Articles 12, 20, 21) and Article 15 (full price components, no hidden add-ons). Information about offered services is available in the state language (Ukrainian) per the Law of Ukraine 'On Ensuring the Functioning of the Ukrainian Language as the State Language' No. 2704-VIII (Article 30).

4. Payment Terms

Payment is made in UAH or in a clearly convertible equivalent. A booking is confirmed upon receipt of the specified deposit or full payment. Prices include all disclosed components; no undisclosed surcharges will be applied after checkout.

5. Cancellation, Changes and Refunds

Cancellation terms, refund conditions and change fees are published in each offer and in the Public Offer Agreement. Consumer cancellation rights follow the Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Rights Protection' No. 1023-XII and the Law of Ukraine 'On Tourism' No. 324/95-ВР. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within the timeframe stated in the offer.

6. Traveler Responsibilities

The traveler is responsible for: a passport valid for at least 6 months beyond the return date; obtaining any required visas (UAE visa responsibility rests solely with the traveler); compliance with entry rules of the Maldives and UAE; travel insurance where recommended.

7. Personal Data

Booking-form personal data is processed per the Law of Ukraine 'On Protection of Personal Data' No. 2297-VI (Articles 8, 12, 14). Purposes, data-subject rights, consent for marketing, and cross-border transfer of booking data to foreign suppliers (Maldives/UAE hotels) are disclosed in our Privacy Policy.

8. Complaints

Submit written claims to contact@stubform.com or our Kyiv address. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to the State Service of Consumer Protection (Derzhprodspozhyvsluzhba) or the consumer protection body at your place of residence.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform caused by force majeure events; applicable terms are set out in the Public Offer Agreement accepted at checkout.
